I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, who is committed to guide you through the process of dissolving your barriers, such as addiction and childhood trauma; empowering you to confront and overcome these challenges, and paving the way for you to discover you true power, as the man you need to be. We're in this together.

I recognize that each individual requires a personalized treatment plan, and as such, I have integrated a diverse range of therapeutic modalities and services, collaborating with various specialized practitioners to ensure comprehensive care tailored to your specific needs. Below are some of the services offered either by myself or through trusted associates:

• Sex Addiction Recovery: Relational and Intimacy issues such as Infidelity, Affairs, Discovery of sex (porn) addiction, Love/Validation addiction. 

• 12-Step Integration: We offer support in integrating 12-step programs, including knowledge of various S groups and current meetings. Services include sobriety coaching and guidance through step work to reinforce recovery and long-term sobriety.

• Inner-Child Work / Religious Trauma: Focused on healing deep-rooted trauma related to attachments (codependency, adult children of dysfunctional family, enmeshed families etc). This includes modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS) to reconnect with the inner child and help further develop emotionally. 

• Somatic healing, Guided Breathwork and Meditation practice: Designed to reduce stress, enhance emotional regulation, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. These techniques help individuals connect with their body, release stored trauma, and provide healthier alternatives to coping mechanisms like avoidance or escapism.

• Healing Through Nutrition: Focusing on the gut-brain connection, this service uses nutrition as a therapeutic tool to support mental and emotional well-being. By addressing gut health, we aim to improve mood, cognitive function, and overall vitality, fostering a holistic approach to healing that integrates both physical and emotional wellness.

• Plant Medicine Therapy
  Therapeutic experiences supported by psychedelic-assisted treatments and shamanic ceremonies, aimed at fostering deep healing, emotional release, and spiritual growth under professional guidance.
